Bishop Tommy Green is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, and a proud graduate of Western High School. He pursued higher education at Clark County Community College before answering the call to ministry. From 1994 to 2001, he embraced his calling and received ministerial training and seminary education through Mountaintop Faith Ministries.
A man who deeply loves the Lord, Bishop Green is the Founder of Sunrise Mountain Ministries, established in 2001. With a steadfast commitment to fulfilling the will of God with love, humility, and integrity, he serves as Senior Pastor. He is widely recognized as an accomplished preacher, teacher, and communicator, known for delivering impactful, faith-centered messages that inspire spiritual growth and transformation.
Bishop Green has faithfully volunteered throughout the community, offering support to those in need. His ministry extends beyond the pulpit through marital counseling, prison ministry, and community outreach, demonstrating his heart for holistic spiritual care and personal transformation.

In addition to his ministry service, Bishop Green enjoyed a distinguished professional career in the hospitality industry, with over 35 years of corporate leadership experience. He served as Food Service Director at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center of Las Vegas and later as Assistant Food and Beverage Director for the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, from 2014 to 2020.
In April 2023, Bishop Tommy Green was ordained as Diocesan Bishop for the Nevada Diocese, establishing the first Diocese in Las Vegas, Nevada under the Shield of Faith Fellowship of Churches International—marking a historic milestone in regional ministry leadership.
Bishop Green has been joyfully married to his wife, Louise Green, for over 41 years. He is the proud father of three children and a devoted grandfather of four. His life and ministry exemplify a commitment to faith, family, and community service, touching lives across Las Vegas and beyond.
