Enthusiastically GREET every saint that walks through the door! Set the atmosphere by being energetic, motivated and excited to be in the House of The Lord! Treat God’s people with respect and love as Jesus asked of us. Engage in appropriate conversation while escorting the saints into the sanctuary. Assist by cheerfully leading the saints to a seat, ensuring they are comfortable. Thank the saints for joining you in worship and praising God at SMM. Finally, put your unique spin on the talents God has blessed you with! Each of us brings something different to the table, so let your light shine!
Thought of The Day
We all have things going on in our lives that occupy our thoughts and emotions. Let’s make God our first priority for the time we are in His house, by giving Him our undivided attention. If we focus on serving Him, we won’t get caught up in what’s going on in our own lives. We must remember, it’s NOT about us but ALL about Him. God is good all the time and all the time He is good! So feel free in knowing that you don’t have to worry about what you’re worrying about…God’s got you!
